What is the general process?
Usually clients have a list of issues or improvements they would like to address. We set up a time to walk through them, then provide an estimate of hours. From there we formalize the agreement with a signature and start working.
Do you provide post-production support?
Yes. We provide management, administrative, and system enhancement services post production. We will fit in where we can to provide solutions where other third parties can’t.
How quickly can you respond?
If you are an established customer, we can start working within 24 hours. Depending on complexity and severity, we allocate the appropriate resources.
What systems do you work on?
We specialize in Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot, Intune, Security) and related products. We also work with many CRM, ERP, EHR, and database systems.
Do you work with data & integrations?
